An excellent opportunity for an ACCA or ACA qualified with a general practice background, which is ambitious and self-motivated and keen to join a growing independent practice and be a part of the firm's future growth and development.

You will join the firm as a Manager and maintain a small portfolio of clients which will combine client and staff management.  You will work closely with the directors to achieve the business goals and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and the office environment. The firm has a small team of staff, all experienced in dealing with the general practice requirements for Owner Managed Businesses and you will need to demonstrate that you are comfortable working and managing in this type of firm.

Your background will be from Public Practice with experience in dealing with the general practice requirements for owner managed businesses.  You will also need to possess entrepreneurial flair and be keen to make a progressive move to further your career.

You will take on a role in developing business within the firm by focussing on the smaller businesses market dealing with sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. It is as much personality, drive and enthusiasm which is as important as technical ability.

Experience in business development with the ability to maintain and develop the client base within the firm would be useful but if this is an area of limited exposure the opportunity to gain this experience within the firm will aid your career progression.
